Does it come with a Warranty?
Each PC is fully tested over a period of 2 days before it is shipped. Testing and performance certificate of each PC is provided along with the PC. And every unit delivered will have a 1-year warranty from 2 Far Tech. There are multiple ways to reach us for support. And remember, these PCs are built by someone who has set up PCs to work in a harsh outdoor environment for 5 years. So we know what it takes to keep a PC running.
Why do you claim you are unique and different?
Everyone talks about testing and performance tuning etc... We do the testing and provide you with verifiable figures in a certificate that prove the quality and certification of each PC. Even before the PC is put together, we plan the build so that it gets adequate airflow for optimal cooling, less noise, longer life for the components. And after the build, we do specific operating system and driver tweaks that give the PC a slight boost in performance. Based on this, we proceed with the extreme stress test and torture test. If there are no issues, we do the benchmarks and performance tests. We do all these benchmarks without any type of overclocking so if you ever plan to overclock you can get better overall performance than the rated. We just don't talk the talk, we walk the talk. What is not included in the PC?
No WI-FI -There is no Wi-Fi along with the PC and we don't recommend playing games via Wi-Fi as its spoils the fun most of the time. But you can add a decent USB Wi-Fi Adaptor to this PC and enjoy this PC via WIFI.
No Graphics card - There is no Graphics card on this PC. You can add any card in the future. The PSU supports the addition of a Graphics card. By default, the processor has built-in AMD Radeon RX VEGA 11 graphics
No VGA Port (D-SUB) - The default motherboard doesn't have a VGA port, if you really need a VGA port, inform us after ordering for us to include the Port separately.
